Frequently asked questions
Find answers to your questions about what Trackinia offers, route optimization, and vehicle and driver planning.
Trackinia is a route optimization and logistics operations platform that lets businesses plan their orders, vehicles and drivers together. It weighs delivery locations, vehicle capacities, working hours and other operational conditions to help build route and task assignments. You can review the results on a map and timeline, and follow task completion from the control panel during field operations.
How it worksTrackinia is built for the planning needs of logistics and transport companies, manufacturers, distributors, retail chains, food and beverage distributors and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) businesses. It fits best where operations involve many delivery points, vehicles, drivers or business rules. How well the platform fits is assessed against your operation.
Explore industry solutionsTrackinia can weigh operational constraints together, such as vehicle capacities, delivery time windows, vehicle and driver availability, working hours, planning days and task assignment rules. Rather than only finding the shortest distance, it focuses on building route and task plans that respect the conditions your business sets.
Yes. Trackinia supports daily and multi-day planning scenarios with several vehicles and drivers. Which vehicle and driver handles each task, and on which days, can be evaluated using resource availability, capacities and other planning conditions. Deliveries spread across different days can therefore be handled in a single planning process.
Yes. Once route optimization finishes, the plans can be reviewed on a map and timeline. Operations teams can check which vehicles tasks are assigned to, the stop order and the planned timing, so results can be verified before they are passed to field operations.
No. Trackinia also supports operations where the driver mobile application is not used. Drivers who use the app can see their assigned routes, stops and tasks and report task completion. Where the app is not used, the operations team can record task completion in the control panel.
Explore the driver appWhen there is no internet connection, the Trackinia driver app can store location records on the device. They are sent to the system once the connection returns, which helps preserve location data during outages. This does not mean every feature of the app is available offline.
You can create orders and tasks in Trackinia or import them from a file (CSV, Excel). To pull data from your existing systems, you can set up scheduled data pulls or send data from your own systems with API keys. If you need a ready-made integration with a specific enterprise software, the right method is assessed with you in a demo, based on your infrastructure and data structure.
You can request a demo to see how Trackinia can be adapted to your operations. The conversation can cover your delivery volume, the number of vehicles and drivers, your planning processes and your operational needs, giving you a clearer picture of how well the platform fits your current workflows.
