Is my location tracked?
Location samples are taken from the driver’s device during a work session and delivered when a connection is available. This is not live tracking and is not proof that a task was completed.
What do teams that do not use the app do?
An authorized operator can record task execution from the management panel.
What happens to my records if the connection drops?
Reported statuses and location samples are stored on the device and sent when a connection returns.
