OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS MANAGERS
Manage the whole operation at a glance.
Follow the entire process from planning to the field in one panel: which route is published, which task is complete, which could not be planned and why.
The questions you ask every day
- Have today’s routes been published?
- Which tasks could not be planned, and why?
- Which stops were completed in the field, and which were not?
- What is the gap between planned and actual cost?
- If the plan changes, how do I replan the remaining work?

EXAMPLE SCENARIO
An end-of-day review
An operations manager reviews at the end of the day how the published routes were carried out.
Representative example: This scenario is written to show how the product can be used. It is not a customer case or a measured result.
- 1
The routes published for the day are listed.
- 2
Completed and not-completed tasks on each route are reviewed with their reasons.
- 3
Planned and actual costs are compared on the route page.
- 4
Replanning is started for the remaining work; the proposal is not active until published.
Frequently asked questions
What can I see on one screen?
Routes, vehicle and driver assignments, task statuses and the planned timeline come together on the management screen.
Can team members have different permissions?
Yes. An organization has member roles and an invitation flow; access is granted according to role.
Is there live vehicle tracking?
No. Location samples are collected on the device and delivered when a connection is available; this is not live monitoring. Progress is followed through task records.
